Wayne Perry is the underling of Alpo Martinez. In 1994, he testified against his underlings in his murderous drug-trafficking ring to avoid the death penalty.
According to Daily News, Wayne also took a life sentence to avoid the death penalty in 1994 after Alpo testified against him. Teflon Sean, a former D.C. street figure shared in an interview shared that he had warned Wayne about Alpo.
He told him that Alpo was not the guy that can be trusted and he was a snake. However, Perry did not listen to his warning or anyone else’s. He added that it seemed that he was happy with what Alpo was giving him.
